Account data: If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
Profile data: The display name, username, bio, photo, and social links you provide when entering the contest.
Usage data: Votes cast, comments posted, and interactions with the wall.
Device data: A locally generated anonymous fingerprint stored in your browser for vote tracking. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Display your profile on the wall and in leaderboards.
Track and display votes and comments.
Prevent abuse and enforce fair voting limits.
Communicate with you about your account if necessary.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on servers provided by Supabase. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can edit or delete your profile data at any time from within the app.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your public profile (name, username, photo, bio, social links, vote count) is visible to all visitors of the site. We may share data with service providers (such as our hosting and database provider) solely to operate the service.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access, edit, or delete your profile data at any time.
Request a copy of your data by contacting us.
Delete your account and all associated data.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage for authentication and anonymous vote tracking. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

7. Children

Fairest of the Wall is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
